I love this song, it can be depressing, but sooo it is!!.. and i can't take my eyes of you.. and the violin in the background.. sounds so amazing that makes me want not to take my eyes of I don't know who.. not anyone I know YET!!!.... !

But, in another note, just for those who don't know and want to congratulate a good friend who can't take his eyes of his future wife.. is JORGITO.. Cabroncin!!... just a lovely nick!!.. he won it!!... he is so in love and he is getting married sooon.. I'm so happy and God bless his future family and road!!

ate ants

First time I dare to eat colombian ants.. called "big ass ants" or "hormigas culonas".. it's not yummy yummy, but it was fine ... just like peanuts with legs!!.. Anyway, this was due to my road trip to North of Santander, a department north in Colombia, it was easter this week, so I took vacations and went up north, there were many churchs with events, I went to a town "Pamplona" where everything is around the holy week!!... every single day they do something.. there is one day all the kids go around with statues and singing, and playing the band.. it is cute!!.. Now, I'm back in Bogota, have to get up early for work tomorrow and have to take care of some family business today.. :)

Asian New Years

with my family we went to a hotel to celebrate new years... not in the asian calendar, occidental calendar, but with their type of ornaments... here is me with my family.. this new year I'll be studying at university!!.. I'm very excited :)

It was great seeing a lot of friends in NY :) I was so happy to see Kai Kai and Piero, Aaron, :) !!!.. they pretty much were the ones that convinced me to go.. and I look forward to see them again :)

Got a cold. I'm sleeepy and would love to go home, but have plenty of work to do!!.. I just bought my ticket to NY :) I don't know how I got convinced and don't ask me where I got the money from.. but indeed I'm going.. I just hope this time not to get into much trouble with the immigration!!.. :D

Again went back to Miami.. and had so many problems getting into the US, seriously, I felt totally like a criminal, I just hope I don't get any trouble in my next trip to the 50th year anniversary.. well today I'm happy because I got a new car, it's a small blue twingo.. today and the rest of the mont and previous month have been great... it's not that I hate rain, but sometimes is lovely to just have this shiny days, with blue skies and red sunsets, I love bogotá when it's like this.. it has rained so little.. that I barely remember the last time I needed an umbrella.. love it.. :) this past weekend was the san valentin a la colombiana, and we played secret friend at the office, meaning.. I will give a present to someone who doesn't know I will.. and probably someone will give me as well some present and I have no idea who he is :) .. this wednesday we are telling the other who we are.. well.. here is some beautiful day in the city of Bogotá :)

Well.. since I got back from my trip.. work has been tough, but awesome.. I'm very happy, learning every day a lot, feeling that I'm better everyday in what I do... My family is getting their own business selling clothes for babies in a new shopping mall in Bogota... :) very exciting.. My home is really cute, so here is one pic, specially for Kai Kai.. I hope we can meet up in NYC, I still don't know where I'll get the money to go, and the excuse to get some days off work, but ... I'll figure out in the way there.. and so there is one of my favorite pics of berlin, with some delicious oranges :) YUMMY!! love fruits and now guess.. flowers.. :D.. now it makes sense for friends to get me flowers!!

Here I am.. back home, bogotacila linda, getting out of the tuza (term used by some people in colombia, that means when u got heart-broken and you are getting over it.. this process is "superar la tuza"..), but I'm doing fine, I think so. Although I'm not sure if related with it or with the jetlag, I'm getting nightmares.. every single night.. in each of them, some people, thiefs, guerrilla, whoever, wants to kill me.. and runs after me.. awefull.. last night.. I don't remember the dream, but it must have happened, because my mom said I screamed out loud.. I hope this bad dreams go away soon, and that I can move on with my life. On the other hand, work is great, I have plenty of it, but somehow I like it.. learning, maybe getting some training coming soon. I still have not uploaded my pics.. but soon I will.. for now, I will upload a pic of the cuttest dog ever.. he is totally a toy.. I wish I had a dog like this:

Btw, I'm seriously considering going to the 50th anniversary of aiesec us in ny city!!.. KAI KAI.. you must go!!.. Piero will.. I hope to be there in October.. ciao :)

so here I-m in my great little tour... I think I-m such a mess for not checking the weather.. and off course I just brought one pair of pants.. and weather in amsterdam is rainy and cold.. although madrid was great.. I-m loving hollland.. love cheese market and the trams.. what a beautiful place :D

soon going to berlin and frankfurt to simi-s weeding.. be soon there!!

Tomorrow my vacations start!! yuppi!!.. I'll be first hopefully arriving to madrid, then I want to do amsterdam and paris and frankfurt!!.. I'm very happy.. sadly today I have to much work.. hope to finish it.. answering an RFP.. here is a pic of some big event we had at the office on wednesday where I had to do a presentation :)

it has come to an end

yes.. my relationship with my colombian boyfriend is over.. however we'll still make our last trip in a week to madrid, paris and germany.. I'm sure we'll have a great time, but this long distance relationship was going no-where... he had no plans of moving to bogota... and I definitely didn't want to live in Medellin.. therefore, paths separated.. my rational me decided this must not go anymore otherwise I'll suffer more later on.. so for now.. this next trip will be my farewell to a very cool guy paisa... off.. with lots of crying, but hope to get over it soon.. God help me!
